ABC Chemistry
ABC Chemistry - is a compilation of free full text peer reviewed journals in Chemistry in English language. The archive is divided into 2 sections, one with journals that are permanently available full text on the web, and another section with trials and journals that are temporarily for free. There is a separate list with journals in Russian.
African Index Medicus
African Index Medicus - attempts to make health literature produced in Africa more visible worldwide. The World Health Organization, in partnership with the Association for Health Information and Libraries in Africa (AHILA), has created an international index to Africa literature and information sources in Health disciplines. All medical journals in Africa are eligible to join the initiative in order to promote African publishing. An important number of journals articles are not only indexed but freely available in full text.

Electronic Journal of Biotechnology
Launched in 1998, Electronic Journal of Biotechnology is an online international journal covering all areas of biotechnology research, including molecular biology and the chemistry of biological process to aquatic and earth environmental aspects, as well as computational applications, policy and ethical issues directly related to Biotechnology. It is hosted by the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. Publishing in EJB is free, as is access to all of its content. Articles are reviewed by a scientific committee. They may be reproduced, with the editor's permission.

INDIACLEN - is a directory of Health Sciences journals that are freely accessible on the web, either in full text or abstracts. The journals listed belong in different regions, and cover English, Spanish and Portuguese languages.
INFOMINE
INFOMINE is a large virtual library of Internet resources relevant to faculty, students, and research staff at the university level. It contains useful Internet resources such as databases, electronic journals, electronic books, bulletin boards, mailing lists, online library card catalogs, articles, directories of researchers, preprints and working papers and many other types of information. Built by librarians from the University of California, Wake Forest University, California State University, the University of Detroit - Mercy, and other universities and colleges, the site makes searches of scholarly e-resources in scientific and humanities/social sciences disciplines, in terms of record origin, resource access (free or fee based) and resource type. Much content displayed is for free.

OpenLearn
Launched in late 2006 by the UK-based Open University, OpenLearn provides free open educational resources for learners and educators around the world under a Creative Commons licence (this means that users can download and reuse the materials, amending them to suit their purpose and context). The site can boast in excess of 2500 hours of free study materials across nine subject areas: Arts & History, Business & Management, Education, IT & Computing, Mathematics & Statistics, Science & Nature, Society and Study Skills & Language Learning.
Pandora, Australia's Web Archive
The PANDORA Project (Preserving and Accessing Networked Documentary Resources of Australia) was set up in June 1996 in an attempt to develop an archive with Australian Internet publications for preservation purposes by the National Library. The PANDORA Archive contains an ever growing number of selected Australian online publications such as electronic journals, organisational sites, government publications and ephemera in a broad range of topics from Agriculture to Sports.

This is World’s largest bibliographic database on population, family planning, and related health issues. POPLINE provides citations with abstracts for 300,000 records.
N.B: You can request full-text copies of most documents cited in POPLINE. Requests are processed during business hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST (0800-1700).
