The day began with the much-anticipated session on Digitalization & Documentation, where participants explored tools for organizing, archiving, and managing communication workflowsโ โ๏ธ๐.
The Akili Studio facilitators guided participants through real-time exercises, helping them understand how to simplify processes and improve efficiencyโ๏ธโ ๐ฏ๐โ๏ธ.
The workshop moved on to discussing Social Media Management and Communication Tools, Hacks & Tips. Participants explored free tools like Canva for design. Practical hacks for repurposing content and improving efficiency left participants equipped with actionable strategies to amplify their digital presence๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ช.
Next, the focus shifted to Storytelling for Advocacy and Fundraising, where participants learned the Hook-Solution-Action framework. They practised crafting compelling narratives that connect emotionally with stakeholders, highlight the impact, and inspire support.
