FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The university has provided two payment options:

Option1:

Pay online through your portal page using your ATM card

  1. Login to the portal (https://iuokada.waeup.org/)
  2. Select “Payments” from “My Data” menu
  3. Click on the “Add current session payment” button to make a payment for the current

Session or Click on “Custom/Balance Payment” button to pay for tuition

  1. Select the item you want to pay for from the “Payment Category” dropdown.
  2. Click on create payment, You see your payments page with the item you just created.
  3. Click on the “payment_id” of the payment item you just created.

Option2:

  1. All payments are made online, through the University’s (KOFA) student’s portal:
    click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “Pay with…” Interswitch or Etransact on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee with a valid ATM-Enabled Card from any Commercial Bank in Nigeria to make Payment
  2. All fees must be paid in full at the beginning of the session, as basis for accommodation, registration and attendance of lectures. Installment payments of not more than two instalments, may be allowed
  3. Fees once paid are not refundable.
  4. It is advisable that you keep the original receipts of fees paid and present them on demand.

Accommodation: Accommodation in University hostels is optional for JUPEB student.

Food: Food is available in cafeteria on “pay-as-you-eat” basis.

Registration Programme: Registration for fresh students will start on May 25th, 2025 . Late registration fee of N20,000:00 will be charged after this date.

Resumption Date: The University opens for dual mode of teaching (physical/online) for students on 27th September 2025

Transport Facility: The University provides a compulsory shuttle bus service to all students at a fee already included in the tuition. Kindly note that JUPEB students are not allowed the use of private vehicles on campus.

Conduct: All students are expected to conduct themselves properly, get a copy of JUPEB STUDENTS CODE OF CONDUCT and dress decently on campus, as well as obey all rules and regulations as failure to comply will attract appropriate sanctions.
