Biography

Lawal Bala Isa PhD, FCIPM, FIMC was a facilitator and post-graduate supervisor at National Open University of Nigeria between 2023 and 2025 before he joined the employment of Igbinedion University Okada in April 2025. He was also previously a resource person with the Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna at its Directorate of Linkages and Collaboration between 2022 and 2024. Dr. Isa was served as guest lecturer, department of public administration, Ahmadu bello university, Zaria, from 2014 to 2022. He was Director of Administration and Secretary to the Governing Board of the National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB), Federal Ministry of Education, between 2000 and 2010. He is an astute scholar and administrator, married with children. He is currently the Postgraduate Coordinator and Course advisor for 300 level in the Department of Political Science.
