Biography

I am a Professor of Maritime law, with bias in law of business associations and property law. I have immensely contributed to legal scholarship through the publication of books namely; modern Nigerian business law of business studies (theory and practice), and understand the law! (Questions and answers). The books have contributed to knowledge through its comprehensive and precise nature. They solidly remain both the students and lecturers companion to the emerging jurisprudence
