I am an emerging academic with research interests centered on organizational development, gender inclusion in leadership, and sustainable workplace practices, particularly within the Nigerian context. My work is driven by a commitment to advancing knowledge that supports equitable representation and improved organizational outcomes, aligning with global development priorities such as gender equality and decent work.
I have contributed to academic discourse through research on barriers and enablers affecting women’s progression into senior management, with a focus on how these dynamics influence organizational performance. My scholarly approach integrates both theoretical and practical perspectives, aiming to generate insights that are relevant to policy, institutions, and industry.
Currently, I serve as an Assistant Lecturer, where I am actively engaged in teaching, mentoring students, and developing research proposals. My role allows me to contribute to curriculum development while building my academic portfolio through ongoing research and collaboration. I am also working on advancing my doctoral research, which further explores leadership diversity and organizational effectiveness in Nigeria.
We are particularly interested in fostering inclusive academic and professional environments that empower underrepresented groups and promote sustainable growth. Through teaching, research, and collaboration, we aim to contribute meaningfully to both academic scholarship and societal development.
