Had Bachelor of Art (BA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Masters Degrees in Public Administration and Comparative Politics, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Comparative Politics and Development Studies from the University of Benin in 2008. He became a professor of Comparative and Strategic Studies of Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma in the year 2018. Worked at different times as an academic staff, trainer, resource person and instructor at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), Chartered Institute of Administration, Federal College of Education Ijanikin, Lagos State University, Ondo State University, Igbinedion University and Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He had at different times being Head of Department of Political Science at Igbinedion University Okada and currently at Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma; Director of Centre for Development & Strategic Studies, AAU and Dean, College of Arts & Social Sciences, Igbinedion University Okada. He had attended several local and international conferences, seminars, workshops including annual conferences of Nigerian Political Science Association (NPSA), International Journal of Arts and Science (IJAS) etc. He has over a hundred publications in reputable journals worldwide including International Journal of Liberal Arts and Social Science in the UK, International Journal of Humanities and Social Science in the United States, Indian Journal of Public Administration, The Nigerian Army Quarterly Journal, Benin Journal of Social Sciences etc.
