The 4th Annual Circularity Conference was jointly organized by the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and the Africa Circular Economy Research and Policy Network (ACERPiN). He further reiterated the need to consistently expand the frontiers of science, technology, and innovation (STI). Stressing that research has gone beyond the phase of “Research and Development” (R & D) to “Research, Development, Demonstration, and Deployment” (RDD&D).

An initiative that Igbinedion University Okada has since adopted towards graduating future-ready and industrially relevant students.
