Food Quality Control and Assurance (2007), PhD Food Quality Control and Assurance (2014) FUNAAB, Ogun State, Nigeria. Member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology. Courses taught in the University: General Organic Chemistry 1&2, Basic Organic Chemistry, Introduction to Spectroscopy, Colour chemistry Technology 1&2, Food Microbiology, Toxicology, Food processing Technology, Natural products, Organic reaction mechanisms.
