Isiaka Mustapha is an experienced educationist, a researcher and an expert in public sector governance and development administration. He obtained a PhD in Public Administration with a strong minor in Comparative Politics and Development Studies from the then Department of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Benin. His research efforts have focused substantially on human capital development as fundamental in the task of administration of development.
