I was born on 12^th May 1972 in Aku,Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria. I attended Primary School at Central School Aku, from 1977 to 1983. My Secondary School education was at the Community Secondary School, Lejja in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State from 1983 to 1989. I studied Law in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State between 1995 and 2000.  I obtained my LL.M Degree in University of Benin in 2007, and my PhD in Igbinedion University Okada in 2017. I joined Igbinedion University Okada as a Lecturer in the year 2003.
