As part of its commitment to staff wellness and a healthy work environment, the University Management has introduced a Bi-Monthly Health and Fitness Routine.
Effective immediately, all staff are to observe this routine on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month. These days are also designated as Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSB) Awareness Days.
On these days, staff are encouraged to:
• Engage in light physical activities such as walking, stretching, or group exercises.
• Make healthy dietary choices.
• Avoid the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages.
This initiative aims to promote healthier lifestyles and enhance overall well-being across the university community.
We encourage all staff to actively participate.
