Dr. Ehijiele Ekienabor is a seasoned academician and administrative professional with a diverse background in education and service industries. With over eight years of lecturing experience and ten years of administrative expertise, Dr. Ekienabor has established himself as a respected figure within the academic community.
Born in Nigeria, Dr. Ekienabor hails from Edo State, specifically from the Esan Central Local Government Area. He pursued his academic journey at Igbinedion University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, followed by a Master of Science and eventually a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management.
Currently serving as a Lecturer and the Head of the Department of Business Administration at Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, Dr. Ekienabor has played a pivotal role in the department’s success. He spearheaded initiatives to secure re-accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC), ensuring the continuous advancement of the graduate program. His commitment to excellence extends to fostering a conducive learning environment and nurturing students to realize their full potential.
In addition to his role as the Head of Department, Dr. Ekienabor also serves as the Sub-Dean of the College of Business and Management Studies, where he oversees faculty matters and coordinates classroom activities. His dedication to academic research is evident through his position as the Head of Research, where he mentors students and collaborates with fellow researchers to publish articles in esteemed academic journals.
Dr. Ekienabor’s scholarly pursuits have led to numerous publications in reputable journals, covering a wide range of topics such as corporate governance, organizational performance, and entrepreneurship.
