BRIEF HISTORY: Dr. Hillary Akomen ISIKHUEMEN holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Benin. His areas of interest are international economics, monetary economics, quantitative analysis and data analysis. He has also had a stint both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

 Dr. Hillary Akomen ISIKHUEMEN has several publications in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings and has demonstrated capacity by serving in various committees in the academia.
