Holds a Ph.D. from University of London, England (1970); M.Sc. from University of London, England (1972); B.Pharm. (Hons) from University of Bradford, England (1970). Currently a Professor. Professor Esezobo is the Pioneer Dean, Dora Akunyili College of Pharmacy, Igbinedion University Okada (2007 – 2013). He was the Acting Head, Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, University of Benin (1980-1984 & 1990-1991); and also at Igbinedion University (2007-2007). Prof Esezobo served as External Examiner in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology Pharmaceutical and Industrial Pharmacy, for Undergraduat and Postgraduate degree programmes, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1980/83, 1986/87, 1988/89, 1990/91 sessions); B.Pharm. and M.Sc degree programmes, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1981/1989 session); Undergraduates and Postgraduate degree programmes Ahmedu Bello University, Zaria (1987/1990 session). He served as University of Benin Senate Representative on Scholarship Award and Prize Committee (1981-1984); and Housing Allocation Committee (1983-1984). He has served Bendel State Government as Member on Drug Panel to Review Pharmaceutical Services in Bendel State (1982); Member Board of Directors of Bendel Livestock Farm Ltd (1984). He served as Coordinator of Orientation Course for Pharmacists trained Oversees; University of Benin (1981-1986, and 1990-1991). Served as Refereee for articles sent to the Nigerian Journal of Pharmacy and Nigerian Journal of Pharmaceutical Science. While in the Middle East, he worked as Chief Pharmacist, King Khaled General Hospital, Al-Majma’ah, Riyadh Saudi Arabia (1991-1997); and as Director of Pharmacy, Hutat Bani Tamim General Hospital, Hutat Bani Tamim, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (1997-2004). Prof Esezobo is a Member Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great-Britain (MRPharm,S.); Member, Institute of Pharmacy Management International, and Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.
